QUESTIONS / FLUENCE AI

What should a company do before rolling out AI to its staff?

Short answer: Find out what you already have in place, fix the gaps, and only then train staff. Governance first, training second.

A starting checklist

  1. List what exists. Any AI or data policies, and the tools staff may already be using.
  2. Name the approved tools. Everything else is not approved until someone says so.
  3. Set the guardrails. What information stays out, who reviews outputs, who to ask.
  4. Train the people doing the work. Use your approved tools, on realistic tasks.
  5. Review after a few weeks. Adjust the rules to what actually happens.

Where we come in

We start with a short conversation about what policies and tools you have. If there are gaps, we help you put guardrails in place. If the foundations are there, we move straight to training your staff.

Next step: write to tshibangu@fluenceai.co.za. The first conversation is free.
