What does a one-day AI enablement look like for a company in South Africa?
Short answer: One day with your own team, built around the work they already do. People practise briefing an AI tool, checking what it gives back, and deciding what needs a human before it goes out.
Who it suits
One company, one team, usually the middle of the organisation: the managers, coordinators and specialists who do the daily work in HR, marketing, compliance, operations or finance. If you want a mixed group from several companies, we spread the same material over more days.
How the day runs
- Morning: direct the work. Turn a vague request into a clear brief and a useful first draft.
- Midday: test and refine. Check what the tool says, find what it missed, sharpen the questions.
- Afternoon: keep it accountable. Decide what to use, what needs a human check and what changes in how your team works.
What we use
The AI tools your company has already approved. We do not ask you to buy anything new. Exercises are built from your team's work with personal data removed, or from made-up cases if you prefer. We agree which with you beforehand.
What it is not
It is not a tour of the latest tools, and it does not replace a longer programme if your team needs one. We also offer two-day and three-day formats. Price depends on format, group size and scope, so we quote it after a first conversation.
